Ruling Family: Scoval

Magehaven boasts the most witches per capita of all the duchies in Calatini. Magehaven has two of the three most eminent witch academies in Calatini. (The third is in Calatini’s capital, Ormas.) The Minister of Magic is often from this duchy because of their experience handling witches. Magehaven’s major port is favored by magical creatures, itinerant witches, and spell quests.

Wildewall

Ruling Family: Kindall

Wildewall is a duchy of rolling terrain—the gentle piedmont in the east becomes the first peaks of the D’vark Mountains in the west. Unlike the mountainous areas further south, the hills of Wildewall are filled with magical glens, enchanted lakes, and vision summits. Wildewall is also known for the centuries-long Greysnowe-Ravenstone feud.
