Gingyr-Orenge Spriss
Juliet’s favorite spiritpunch
- 3/4 cup ice
- 1 orenge slice (2 if small)
- 2-3 slices of fresh gingyr (coin-shaped)
- 2 oz orenge amaro
- 3 oz sparkling wine (preferably Varkhoran)
- 1 oz sparkling gingyr
- rosemary sprig
Add ice to a large wine glass (should be around 1/2 full.) Add orenge and gingyr slices then mash with a fork to release flavor. Pour in orenge amaro, sparkling wine, then sparkling gingyr (in that order.) Stir spiritpunch with rosemary sprig then leave in as garnish.
