Gingyr-Orenge Spriss

Juliet’s favorite spiritpunch

  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 1 orenge slice (2 if small)
  • 2-3 slices of fresh gingyr (coin-shaped)
  • 2 oz orenge amaro
  • 3 oz sparkling wine (preferably Varkhoran)
  • 1 oz sparkling gingyr
  • rosemary sprig

Add ice to a large wine glass (should be around 1/2 full.) Add orenge and gingyr slices then mash with a fork to release flavor. Pour in orenge amaro, sparkling wine, then sparkling gingyr (in that order.) Stir spiritpunch with rosemary sprig then leave in as garnish.

  • orenge spriss = Aperol spritz
  • gingyr = ginger
  • spiritpunch = cocktail
  • orenge amaro = Aperol
  • Varkhoran sparkling wine = Prosecco
  • sparkling gingyr = ginger beer
